Robotic pool cleaner finder
Answer six questions about the pool: type, length, surface, main debris, whether a power point is nearby, and budget. Matching models come from the Australian product dataset. Each result shows why it matched, a dated merchant price when one is stored, and a review link when a review exists. Answers stay in the URL so a result can be shared.
Results are ordered by how many of the six rules match, then by model id. Whether a merchant has an affiliate programme does not change the order.
How matching works
A model is a match only when every question is a verified match. A spec that is not verified is not treated as a match. When nothing fully matches, the page shows the nearest models and names the rules that failed.
- Pool type
- A model matches when its verified pool types include the pool you selected. When pool types are not verified, this question is reported as not verified, not as a match.
- Length
- A model matches when its verified maximum pool length in metres is at least the length you entered. When maximum pool length is not verified, this question is reported as not verified, not as a match.
- Surface
- A model matches when its verified suitable surfaces include the surface you selected. Australian page spellings such as fiberglass and fibreglass, or tile and tiles, are treated as the same surface. When suitable surfaces are not verified, this question is reported as not verified, not as a match.
- Main debris
- A model matches from its verified filter micron only. Fine debris matches a published basket of 150 micron or finer. Mixed debris matches 180 micron or finer. Leaves match 180 micron or coarser. When filter micron is not verified, this question is reported as not verified, not as a match.
- Power point access
- No nearby power point matches cordless robots and skimmers. A nearby power point matches those too, and matches a corded robot when its verified cable length in metres is at least the pool length. A corded robot with no verified cable length is reported as not verified for this question, not as a match.
- Budget
- A model matches when the latest dated selling price is at or under the budget you entered. If there is no price observation, the verified Australian RRP is used. When neither is verified, this question is reported as not verified, not as a match. Results are not ordered by merchant programme status.
