An Impulse Gamer household write-up ran the AquaSense Pro in Victoria after the early-September 2024 wind storm. The first cycle picked up leaves and a large amount of floor dirt; later cycles were still needed. Corners stayed dirty until they were brushed toward the centre. The unit never stuck in that pool and parked at the edge for retrieval. The app lost contact once the robot was in the water, so a cycle could not be cancelled from the phone. I'mTech's Australian write-up said the first review unit arrived in August 2024 with a US Type A plug and no R-NZ C-Tick mark, on firmware 0.0.1 that performed poorly. A later unit still had the US plug, but firmware 0.1.62 cleaned better. Walls and waterline scored well. Floor cleaning left a roughly 10 cm gap at the edges and still showed debris after two passes, including Norfolk Island pine fronds. Surface skimming pushed debris aside and emptied collected material when the mouth stayed open at walls. The app could not stop or park the unit. Beatbot Australia's refund policy offers unused products a full refund of the item only within 30 calendar days of delivery, with original packaging and all accessories. Those unused returns may be rejected if the robot shows signs of use, and the customer pays shipping to Beatbot Australia.
