A verified owner who bought in November 2019 said they had spent more than A$2,340 on repairs and that the app often failed to reach the robot even beside the power pack, showed a blank home screen, ignored a floor-only setting, and lagged so badly on manual drive that they wanted a wired control. A NSW owner said the cable tangled, the app was slow, and they replaced foam rollers after wall-climbing stopped. Later posts report a power cable that leaked twice in two years, a gasket that let water onto the main board at about four years, and a bowl-shaped tiled pool that needed extra cycles for leaves. On the ProductReview Q&A for this model, one owner of a large irregular 100,000 litre pebblecrete pool said the robot spent minutes spinning at the base of each wall, the basket stayed only partly full, and blossom mud blocked the leaf chute. Another said regular and ultra cycles still left dirt at the floor-to-wall curve. Maytronics replied that CleverClean studies the pool, and to start in the middle of the longest length. Pool Advisor's Australian round-up says the main reported fault is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi that drop, so the robot can stop early, and that the M600 is not designed for steps or ledges, though some users get it onto those surfaces. That 36-month warranty from Maytronics Ltd applies for 36 months from the purchase date in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, South East Asia and Southern Africa. It covers manufacturing defects in normal use, and is invalidated by non-Maytronics electrical components or repairs that are not from an authorised Maytronics service representative. Warranty service is through the nearest authorised dealer with the purchase date, serial number, and a description of the problem.
