That 48-month warranty from Maytronics Ltd applies for 48 months from the purchase date in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, South East Asia and Southern Africa. It covers manufacturing defects in normal use, and is invalidated by non-Maytronics electrical components or repairs that are not from an authorised Maytronics service representative. Warranty service is through the nearest authorised dealer with the purchase date, serial number, and a description of the problem.
